How do I measure my size?

Do you accept returns?
Due to hygiene concerns, all items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges. All items are brand new and factory sealed to ensure the highest quality apparel. Please refer to the sizing chart listed on every product to ensure you receive the correct fit.

What if I received the wrong item or my order is missing?
If you have received an incorrect item or have experienced another issue with your order, please contact support@lilypichustore.com within 3 days of receiving your order with a picture of the items and packing slip. If not reported within 3 days, we will not issue replacements.

I accidentally put the wrong address at checkout. What do I do?
If your order has not shipped, please contact support and we will update the address for you. If your order has shipped, then we have to wait for the order to be returned to us. Upon return, you will be issued a gift card minus the shipping fee.

Are customs fees or duties included in my international order?
We do not charge any customs fees or duties at checkout. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any additional charges incurred for their order. Please refer to your local customs agency to determine if there will be any additional fees.
